I'm Stina - a PhD researcher, a mother, and someone who understands
what it means to hit rock bottom from exhaustion.

I spent years pouring everything into my children, my work, my responsibilities - navigating a difficult relationship and fighting for my family in ways that demanded more than I had to give. By the time I could finally stop and breathe, I had nothing left.

That exhaustion became my turning point.

Rebuilding wasn't about quick fixes or morning routines.
It was about science-backed strategies that actually worked in real life -
my demanding, complicated, far-from-perfect life.
